A letter to the girl who makes me feel like I’ve been reborn into a world of love and butterflies!

Dearest Mr Segun,

Sometimes, I wish you could see yourself through my eyes, even if just for a moment. Maybe then, you would understand why I find you so beautiful, why my heart feels so full because of you, and why loving you has become one of the most beautiful things that has ever happened to me.

Being with you has changed so much about my life, in ways I sometimes struggle to put into words. You have changed how I see myself, how I feel about love, and even how I experience the world around me. Somehow, in loving you, I have learned to feel more beautiful, more deserving, more hopeful, and more at home in my own skin. You have a way of making life feel softer, brighter, and so much more worth living.

And God, how I admire you. Your strength, your power, your determination, and that beautiful will in you that refuses to give up. I admire the way you carry yourself, the way you love, the generosity of your heart, and the kindness you give so naturally. I admire the parts of you that the world gets to see, and the parts that only those close to you are privileged to know. There is so much about you to love, and somehow, I keep finding more.

You are beautiful, my love. Not just in the way you look, although I hope you never get tired of hearing how gorgeous I think you are, but in the way you exist, the way you care, the way you give, and the way you make people feel. You have this extraordinary way of being powerful and tender at the same time, and I hope you know how special that is.

If there is one thing I want you to remember, it is that your existence has made a difference in mine. You have brought so much beauty into my life simply by being in it. You have given me reasons to smile when I least expect it, made ordinary moments feel precious, and shown me that love can be both a safe place and an adventure. I am so grateful that, out of all the people in this world, I get to know you this closely and love you this deeply.
